At Welch's Quality Builders & Roofing we have decades of experience in installing and repairing roofs on both residential and commercial properties. When installing a roof, we always remove the existing layer of roofing and carefully inspect the decking. If there is damage, we will replace it. We install high quality felt underlay and almost every type of shingle including three-tab shingles, architectural shingles, metal roofing and concrete roofing.
Roofs can be damaged for many reasons including rainwater under the shingles which can lead to rot, damage from debris such as tree limbs, and damage from hail and storms. If the roof starts to leak, it is crucial to get it fixed immediately, as any delay will mean more extensive and expensive repairs. There is very little that can lead to a myriad of additional problems like a leaky roof. Barring a tornado, earthquake or hurricane there is little that can do as much damage as a leaky roof. Because it is so easy to ignore and it doesn't seem like it is doing a great deal of harm, people sometimes turn to stopgap remedies like catching drips with a bucket or just ignoring it too long. We call this “great damage on the installment plan.”
There is a great deal of damage that occurs that isn't readily apparent. Water can trickle down and ruin insulation, and this in turn seeps into the walls from the inside. You probably wouldn't recognize the damage until mold appears and makes your house unsaleable. Not to mention wood floors that would buckle or a wet mildewy carpet. If you discover a leak in the roof, don't delay. Call Welch's Builders & Roofing right away so the damage doesn't get out of control. The sooner it is taken care of, the more inexpensive it is to take measures to control.
We do all kinds of roofing, including 3 tab, interlocking, architect metal roofs and concrete roofs. This would include tear offs if needed. If you need a roof on your new construction Welch's is a fully licensed, bonded and insured company. Why is it important to have a licensed, bonded and insured contractor on your job? What would happen if something goes wrong on the job? A worker getting injured . . . or something on your building breaks.....or the work that you had done previously wasn't up to code . . .etc. If the contractor you hired is unlicensed or uninsured, you are liable and on the hook. To be safe, before signing on the dotted line, make sure your contractor is licensed, bonded and insured.
At Welch's we do repair as well as new roofs. We offer accurate estimates, quality construction and fast completion no matter what the job is. Our work is covered by by a five year warranty on workmanship. After every job our team will clean the entire area. We will clean up shingles and debris and vacuum the floor to ensure there are no nails or debris left. So for all your roofing needs, the only thing you have to remember is Welch's Quality Builders and Roofing.
An incentive that we offer roofing clients is $100 off on a new roof if they mention a specific ad.
